ALL WORKOUTS AND LIVES ARE BETWEEN 25-40 MINS LONG

3 PRE RECORDED WORKOUTS EACH WEEK – WITH A NEW PROGRAMME EACH MONTH. LIFETIME ACCESS TO THESE WORKOUTS SO YOU CAN USE IN PREGNANCY AND AGAIN POSTNATALLY.

2 LIVE SWEAT CLASSES EACH WEEK FOR 12 WEEKS. TUE & FRI 11AM (SAVED TO PLATFORM TO DO IN YOUR OWN TIME)

1 LIVE YOGA CLASS ON MONDAY AT 8PM FOR 12 WEEKS (NOT PRENATAL SPECIFIC)

A SET OF LIGHT DUMBBELLS

A MINI BAND - LIGHT TO MEDIUM RESISTANCE

A POWER BAND - LIGHT TO MEDIUM RESISTANCE

A KETTLEBELL IS A BONUS BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

 

WHEN CAN I START?

6 WEEKS POST NATAL (VAGINAL OR C-SECTION)

YOU MUST BE SIGNED OFF Y YOUR DOCTOR TO RESUME EXERCISE

I STRONGLY ADVISE SEEING A WOMENS HEALTH PHYSIO IN BOTH PREGNANCY AND POSTNATALLY

 

IS THERE NUTRITION ADVICE?

YOU CAN PURCHASE OUR 12 WEEK POSTNATAL NUTRITION COURSE ALONGSIDE OUR FITNESS PROGRAMME HERE. THIS IS DESIGNED BY DR.MICHELLE HONE OF THE FIT CLINIC. OUR NUTRITION ADVICE IS SUITABLE FOR BREASTFEEDING MOTHERS.

 

IS THERE SUPPORT AND ACCOUNTABILITY?

YES, FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR 12 WEEK COURSE YOU CAN CHECK IN WITH A COACH EACH WEEK IF YOU WISH.  YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE A WEEKLY RESOUCE EMAIL WITH LOTS OF EXTRA TIPS AND ADVICE TO HELP KEEP YOU MOTIVATED AND ON TRACK.
