All workouts are saved the platform so even LIVE workouts can be performed in your own time. Our 3 strength sessions are pre recorded and a new programme is released every 4 weeks. You need minimal equipment to do your workout. A set of dumbells and a long power band are needed. A kettle bell and a mini loop band is a bonus but not essential. Each class is 30-40 minutes long.
This is a subscription package meaning payment is taken every 4 weeks automatically. When you are signing up to the 12 week challenge please be aware you are commiting to 3 payments. At the end of your challenge, if you want to cancel, please do so within 2 days notice of when subscription payment is due to be taken. We cannot guaranteed immediate cancellation if request is last minute. No refunds for late cancellation.
